Jim Parker has been building custom homes for over twenty-five years all over the area of Sussex County, Delaware. Jim is known for his custom home building, superior quality, and his great knowledge in the field of architecture. Jim graduated from Delaware Technical Community College with an Associates Degree in Architecture Engineering. He followed the career path of others in his family when he decided building new custom homes would not only become his career but a life full of dedication to doing the job right. He says there are three things a person should consider when choosing a Delaware home builder; communication, quality workmanship, and customer satisfaction. When Jim is not building custom homes in Delaware, he would choose to be traveling the country hunting or traveling with his wife to new places. Jim Parker has been married to Marybeth, his wife and business partner, for twenty-five years. They have the joy of working together at home and in the field. They have two daughters, Jaime and Kinsley. Jaime is graduating this year with her Bachelors Degree in business and marketing from Wilmington University. Kinsley is a sophomore at Wilmington University where she plays for the Wildcats softball team. When Jim is not at work his family keeps him very busy with sporting events, singing contests, family dinners, traveling, and simply spending time together.
